Fill your mailer

The mailer that your Worn Future purchase comes in is designed to be returned. Fill the resealable bag with old clothes that you'd like to recycle and use the prepaid label inside the bag to send it back to us.

Drop off your return bag

Drop off your filled return bag at any UPS store!

Check your email

Once we get your returned bag and process it, you'll receive an email with a $20 discount code to use on your next Worn Future purchase.

What can I put inside the recycling mailer?

You can put any clothing that is clean and dry, regardless of the brand or material content!

How do I get my credit towards a new purchase?

To get your Worn Future recycling credit, refill the bag your item came in with clothing you're looking to recycle and send it back to us using the prepaid shipping label. It will take a few days for your clothes to get to us and for our team to process the return. Once processed, we will email you your credit code to the email you used to place your order.

How do I apply my recycling credit?

You will be emailed a code that you can input during checkout. The code will update your cart and apply the $20 discount to your order total.

What happens to the clothing I send back for recycling?

The clothes will be sorted by material content. Cotton items will be separated for mechanical textile recycling, and blends will be shredded into insulation and repurposed into fiber markets.
